Methodology & assumptions

Lifetime cups = cups/day × years × 365.25 (average days per year). Daily caffeine = cups × 80 to cups × 100 mg. Inputs 0–30 cups, 0–100 years. Zero is allowed.

Worked examples

2 cups × 10 years: 7,305 cups.

4 cups/day: 320–400 mg, at the FDA 400 mg reference. 0 cups: 0.
