Sobriety Age Calculator
Recovery is measured one day at a time. Enter your sobriety date to see exactly how long you've been clean — in years, months, and days — and discover your next milestone to celebrate.
How dates are counted
Your sobriety date counts as day 0; the next morning is 1 day. Some recovery groups count the sobriety date itself as day 1 — if yours does, add one day. Years, months and days are calendar time (a short month’s last day counts, e.g. Jan 31 → Feb 28/29), not 30- or 365-day averages. Day milestones (24 hours, 1 week, 90 days) are exact day counts; month and year milestones fall on the calendar date. Dates use your local calendar; future dates are rejected and Reset clears the date.
